As they inspect eerie paintings on the walls, several red-faced monsters chase them through narrow passages. Some creatures get stuck in walls or corners, allowing the pair to grab red, blue, yellow, and green keys to unlock colorful rainbow gates.

Moving on to the Backrooms map, they search for five keys while navigating open spaces packed with lurking entities. The creatures cluster around spawn points and peek around corners, repeatedly trapping the players until lives run out. They then venture into a pool area with water and valves, where sliding entities attack them almost instantly in the water.
