In short
This site has no accounts, uses no cookies, shows no ads, and does not track visitors. It only counts how many times pages and videos are opened, by country, hour, device type and browser (not the specific device), and referring site (for example Google or YouTube), without knowing who you are. If you write to us, we keep your message; your email address only if you choose to leave it.

3. Minors
Anyone can send a message without providing an email address. You may only leave an email address if you confirm you are at least 14 years old. If we discover we have received an email from someone younger, we delete it.
4. Cookies
The public website does not use cookies or browser storage. Videos are not embedded: thumbnails link directly to YouTube, which applies its own privacy policy when opened.
5. Who processes data on our behalf
Oracle (servers in Frankfurt), Cloudflare (network and site protection, email forwarding), Google (inbox where emails are received). Data transfers to the United States are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can ask to view, correct, or delete your data by writing to [email protected]: we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
7. Security
Emails are stored encrypted. Messages can only be read by the administrator, using a password and two-factor authentication. Visits by people are not logged: we only keep a technical log of search engine crawler activity (time, page, and crawler name, never the IP address), which is deleted after 90 days.
In the event of any discrepancies between translations, the Italian text shall prevail.
