The Locust is a creation of Doctor Nowhere, a young analog horror artist and animator. Doctor Nowhere became famous with THE BOILED ONE PHENOMENON and TOE1 on YouTube; videos of The Locust went viral on TikTok.
How it came to be
Doctor Nowhere explained that the idea came from a vision right before falling asleep: a tall, dark, thin, and gnarled figure standing still in a corner. In his videos, there is also a hand tapping on the screen glass, as if trying to break out.
Is it real?
No. The Locust is a fictional character created for horror videos. The name brings to mind the insect, but the monster has nothing to do with real bugs.
